    Can one get infected while
    1. Viewing an image loaded by a website (not clicking it)
    2. After a user clicks on an image (for viewing in a larger resolution inside the browser or getting redirected etc)
    3. Running and viewing video in a website
(Not downloading any of the above or viewing via a player outside the browser)

I feel this should be in anissue in most of the cases, but some sites have javascripts loaded on hover effect.
which means, when you hover through images, some things starts loading,  happens with cookies, but its ery rare and these kinfds of sites are blocked by anti virus tools, and made down by Google also.
