    Apple driver is missing
    « on: December 02, 2019, 01:40:20 AM »
    Hello everyone !

Ever since I updated my iTunes and my iPhone and iPad software, My laptop stopped recognising my devices.
My laptop has Windows 10 64bit operating system.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the new version iTunes 12.10.2 many times. I followed the correct order of the procedure as recommended by Apple.
I restarted the Apple Mobile Device service but this didn't solve the problem.
I realised that the Apple UBS driver is missing from my Device Manager. ( as you can see in the Photo).
I tried to install it manually but again this was not helpful.
Then I uninstall this version of iTunes and downloaded an older one ( iTunes 12.4.3.1). Again the driver still hasn't been installed.

I don't know what is the problem. I searched the internet and tried all the tricks. Could you please help me tackle this problem. I really need to backup my iPad.

    Thank you.
