I have already put the computer together everything is compatible and it has enough horse power.
Here is my set up of standard 2.5" sata3 drives that is in the Computer Case at this moment.
500GB SSD OS (windows 7.1 with Platform update) and ?

1TB SSD ?
250GB SSD ?
and two 4TB WD Blacks ?
As the subject title says, How do I setup my Software, Drives and Why + Temp/Media Cache and so on???
I may have information overload but never the less I guess I need someone to put it back into perspective for me.
I'll do my best to clarify if needed.
