     i am checking why my computer is very slow loading pages. on checking task manager i find in DETAILS loads of programs i have never heard of are running is this normal.

    A lot of what you're seeing is legitimate services that are needed to keep your computer functioning. You can research every service to see what they are for. If you see one that doesn't look legit you can stop the service and see if it makes a difference.

    Also, slow loading of pages could be a problem with your ISP. Has it always been like that?

    Yes, if the only problem you are having is pages in your browser loading slowly, that's an Internet issue, not a computer issue.
