Saving .docx files to Dropbox from MSWord

I use Firefox and Mojave on my MacBook Pro and I want an easy way to save .docx files to my Dropbox while I am working in Word. When I am in Word, the Menu bar with a working Dropbox icon is not available. I can get a Dropbox icon to sit in my Dock, but clicking it gets no response. Advice, please.
