On an HP all in one desktop running Windows 10. Getting 'access denied' message when attempting to go to certain websites that we have gone to before to make purchases and or payments. Examples are Carnival, Wards, Old Navy. We have swapped out our Spectrum (internet provider) router/modem twice in the past two weeks and we can access these sites for a day or two and then it goes back to access denied. Have ran numerous virus and malware scans and a bot scan and all came back clean.
