Until about 2 weeks ago I had no problems receiving email from one friend. Now I do not receive them. He is not on a blocked senders list. I use Outlook for my email program. Although my ISP is through a company called Spectrum, my emails are still with Earthlink because I had service with them for years and it's too big a pain to change it. I have him added as a contact in both Earthlink and Outlook. He is getting no bounce back messages. I can't see his messages iin Earthlink's web mail either. They also don't show up on my phone. I have checked junk mail, suspect spam and known spam folders. Any ideas what may be going on and how to fix it?
I'm not having this problem with anyone else.
