Time delay with betting site

Hi i have time delay in placing bets on a betting site .im sure it just my account as when a friend logs in on my system there is no time delay on him placing bets .The betting company say there is no restriction that they would or could add to my account and they say if im having lapsing issues they would recommend this and that which sounds to me like rubbish as i have tried on other computers and internet shop and its just my account .So my question is could they put this time delay on me placing my bets is it possible just to target  my account winning customers accounts

And looking online do you find others giving it negative feedback for similar issues.

THank s for reply guy s to the first person as i said i tried my account in different countries and internet places i dont use proxy server just straight from laptop to betting site.   As for the betting site i cant find anything about time delays in betting but i have nt really looked that much ,most people dont bet like me i know what im doing they already have restriction on my account ie no free bets no offers bigger prices ect

How about creating a whole new account and start fresh? cash out of the old one and start new...
