Chrome Pop-up

Does anyone know how to stop the annoying pop-up asking if I want to try Chrome? It appears every time I open a Google app. I tried turning off all push notications in Win 10 Settings, but that did not stop it. Thanks.

    Click on the menu icon (three stacked dots) on the top-right of the Chrome screen.
    Click “Settings”.
    Scroll to the bottom and click “Advanced”.
    In the Privacy and Security section, scroll down and click “Content Settings”.
    Click “Notifications”.
