When I try and download a program there is a screen that comes User Account Control and you are suppose to answer yes or no, well when I use my mouse to click on yes it is like it doesn't even see the box. I have an Acer with touch screen thank god, but I have to use the touch and click on yes. Why is this and how do I fix this problem. Using Win 8.1. x64. If you need any other info please ask.
