Firstairman:
I am an older disabled vet that shares my computer with another vet.  Every time we switch users all the desktop icons move around.  Is there any way to lock them in place? Thanking you in advance.

Lenard:
Do your icons move about constantly all the time or they are still in the same place when you swap users, I mean the GUI on your account are they stable or they keep shifting around the screen?
