    Constant reprompt to "Enter Network Password"

    Every few seconds I get the prompt shown in the attachment.  Neither OKaying it nor canceling it makes it go away, and it comes up on top of everything I do on my Win10/64 PC, even as I type this message.

    Any suggestions about how to STOP this?
