How toremove unwanted stuff on iPad, iPhone oe other device?

I use my iPad for serious things. The some ad wail pop up ruin my attention span.
Same problem on Android devices. In fact,even worse.

Is thee a real  good aApp that will remove the stuff I do not need or want?  :)
