ok, so im gonna try to make a 5.1 system outta speakers ive got already. but i have no idea if it will work, i do have a 5.1 sound card, its integrated into my mobo, and it has an equalizer build in the software.
ok so, ive got a set of altec lansing 121w (thats the model number, not wattage) speakers to use as the rear, ive gotta fix the jack on em though, so i will make the cord longer then, heres a site that sells em:

and my center are a set of old 2.0 packard bell monitor speakers with the "SRS" technology, there white, and will stand out, but i dont care about looks.
