I've been having issues with video playback on my computer. I first started noticing it on streaming video but now it happens on sites like Youtube as well.
When I'm watching videos, the picture will pause for a split seconds every few seconds. The audio keeps playing but the video skips. I tried deleting cookies from Firefox(my browser) and it didn't work. I also tried openingvideos in Chrome and it had the same problem.
Any ideas how to solve this?
