Help running a command line.

Hello everyone, I need help running a application that can only be ran thru a command line. To make this as simple as possible for anyone willing to help. Please pm me and I can send you the details of the application. This will take about 5 or 10 minutes for anyone that knows about running command lines. Any help here would be appreciated, thanks.
