Hello, to begin, i have a toshiba satellite L755 laptop with windows 7 64bit. anyway,the hhd went out so i purchased a refurbished hhd & installed it. now I push the power button & it starts up to when I can see the F2 & F12 buttons, then it clicks off . I know that since its a neww hhd in it, that there is nothing on the drive, so should i create partitions & format then install windows? i do have windows 10 toothat i can put in it if that would make a difference. let me know what to do from here thanks
