    This is a good browser except for one thing. Every time a want to add or delete a book mark this message appears.

    Why do I need to open an account with Yandex in oder for me to add or delete bookmarks?

      Yandex is the Russian version of Google. Google makes a profit by knowing what customers want and then targeting adverts. I guess its the same for Yandex. If they can see your saved pages they can target advertising.
