Can't find all photos and videos on PC

I have windows 10 version 2004 and have looked in my pictures, documents and have found some but have googled on how to find all photos and videos and haven't had any luck. I'm worn down trying all the suggested methods. I thought I'd ask you guys/ladies.

I downloaded it but it gives so many listings, it's like a dog chasing its tail. What should I look for?

Do a search for *.jpg... That will list all pics on the PC.
Not sure of the vid extensions you use but the *. method will work for that as well...

I did the search and used the * with .jpg but it only showed a very small portion of pictures I had placed on my PC. I have all of my pictures on flash drives but they're supposed to be on my computer as well. I remember going to either pictures or documents and all were there but not there now. I guess I could transfer my flash drives back to my computer?

It is great that you still have them on flash drives... If you have already searched for them in the Living files, it is probably time to search in deleted files.  I use a program called "File Scavenger" because it keeps the file names and folder structure intact.  However, in your case, I would just check the recycle bin.  If they are not there I would pull them back off the cards.
