Voice Command Install/Disk Install?

I was going through the iMac I just got and I found a speech program.
The problem I am having is that the installation disk I have does not have the add/remove application restore.
The disk I have is labeled as iMac System 8.6 Restore
Does anyone have any ideas on what I need to do?

Well, its been over a week. I suppose no one knows the awnser.
I will probably come up with a solution, and will probably upgrade the OS anyways.
