    Hi my internet is connected to the mobile.  No software other than Firefox can connect to the Internet, not even Windows itself.Thank you for your help

      is that means that internet works on the mobile but not works on windows ? or the Firefox is the only one that can connect to the internet ? more info about your problem please ?
