I have this Toshiba laptop that was running awfully on Windows 10 so I decided to downgrade it back to Windows 8 with the built in hard drive recovery. How do I upgrade to Windows 8.1 without losing drivers and Toshiba software? I tried the steps on Microsoft’s Website but they didn’t work.
It’s a TOSHIBA Satellite C850-1GL.
