Hello, I have been struggling with this issue for some time now:

When playing the game "Genshin Impact" after a few minutes or hours the screen will eventualy freeze, while the audio continues to play in the background. Upon investigating the crash log it says: d3d11.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005) in module d3d11.dll at 0033:2e6f98a0. I have uninstalled my NVIDIA drivers with DDU and installed the latest version, as well as versions from 2020, 2019, 2018... but it made no difference. I have checked dxdiag (https://paste.ee/p/wkUGQ ) and my directx is up to date. I have also installed the latest version of VC_redist and NET Framework. CrystalDiskInfo shows no health problems. GpuMemTest also shows no errors with my GPU. Memtest86 passed my RAM sticks. sfc /scannow also detects no errors.
I have tried the usual suspects for Genshin online (windows 8 compatibility, fullscreen optimizations, verifying game files, uninstalling/reinstalling, changing game resolution, etc.)

The minimum requirements for the game are: CPU: Intel Core i5. Storage: 30GB. GPU: Nvidia GeForce 1030. RAM: 8GB. Direct X: Version 11.
Here are my specs: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/46053629 . I feel I should be able to run the game without problems.

Here are the two logs I have been able to find: (error log) https://pastebin.com/t5DZAczn and (output log) https://paste.ee/p/PeBEZ .

    Thank you in advance.

If you have any overclock set for CPU or GPU try it with the system running normal clock speeds.

Additionally finding lots of issues with the 1050 ti and this error message on the web. Maybe try a different video card if possible to see if it clears up. https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/geforce-graphics-cards/5/402649/d3d11dll-crash-on-games-or-apps/?topicPage=9

I believe neither my GPU or CPU are OC. Unfortunately I can't change my GPU at this time. Perhaps I could try to downclock my GPU? Here is a GPUZ screencap: http://gpuz.techpowerup.com/21/09/08/wr8.png
