    Hello

I am able to listen to music tracks direct on the Net from YouTube, but if I try to listen to a saved track on my hard drive, I get no audio/sound.

What might be the cause of that, please?

What application is being used to play the tracks on your PC?  My guess would be that the volume is set too low or even muted in that application.

How is the music saved to your computer? What file extension?

My bet is he's saving shortcuts...and not the tunes...
