browser blocking page

I stream a radio station on my browser ( Chrome) .  Until yesterday I used a link to connect to this site. That link is now unable to be reached. So I searched on the station and found it but I got the same result. Ive rebooted several time, shut down a couple and still it cant be reached. Today I tried going through my firewall settings and my anitvirus setting. I didnt see anything blocking it in the firewall, I added an exception on my AV but the site is still blocked. Ii then tried it on Firefox and Edge and got the same result.
 Lastly I used safari on my Iphone and had no problem getting to the site. I also access the station through my amazon echo and dont have a problem getting to the station. Im not sure if this has any bearing on it. Any ideas
