Can not uninstall

 Windows7   All in one Printer Brother  MFC-J270W
  Can Not Uninstall Printer because it is not on the List
  Of installed Programs.

  ( Problem is with the Scanner, When scanning
  One photo is frozen on the screen even when
  there is nothing to scan)

Go to Start select Printers and remove it there.

  If I click on "REMOVE DEVICE" I know It will remove it,
   But Will it UNINSTAL IT?

Brother supplies a un install tool which will cleanup any software remaining it is available from here

The photo that could not be deleted was found stuck on the bottom
                           of the scanning platform cover.
               
                           (Size of Photo 1inch and a half X 2") and the back of the photo was not completely clean.
                             Thanx to all who tried to help.

The uninstaller will often be found the in the Program Files/Program Files (x86) folder for Brother - might be worth a look.
