You can buy an adapter for the HD and scan it with another computer. I seriously doubt that malware is causing the BSOD. There is probably something mechanically corrupt on the harddrive. You could also run some scans to determine the health of the HD by going to the manufacturer's website.

      can you explain steps please

      what type of adapter ?

any chance to infect secondary laptop after connect HDD to it? if it does, how can i prevent it?

      ----------------------------------

if it is not malware that cause BOSDs,replacing HDD with SSD and upgrading RAM(originally it has 4GB RAM and still did upgrade)will help to Run it without BOSDs in future?

The adapter will allow you to connect the laptop HD to a regular computer with a USB connection. They are not expensive.
The chances of cross infection is virtually nil. Again, BSOD's are caused by a mechanical failure. You can go the manufacturer's website to find some scans that will examine your harddrive.
There are other components in your computer besides the HD and RAM that will give a BSOD so there's no guarantee that it will solve the problem.

The HDD adapters are all the same but you must remove the HD from the laptop and then plug it into the adapter.
