You can buy an adapter for the HD and scan it with another computer. I seriously doubt that malware is causing the BSOD. There is probably something mechanically corrupt on the harddrive. You could also run some scans to determine the health of the HD by going to the manufacturer's website.

if it is not malware that cause BOSDs,replacing HDD with SSD and upgrading RAM(originally it has 4GB RAM and still did upgrade)will help to Run it without BOSDs in future?
