I have domain email and reset the password. The password works on the webmail application. I fully repaired Outlook. I was told to delete the Outlook profile. The instructions I had to create a new one were not complete and didn't work for Outlook 2021. I used the existing Outlook profile that says Outlook. I went in through the profile interface to create the email account again. I went through all the IMAP, SMTP, port, server, SPA authentication, encryption settings. I typed the password in carefully over and over. It won't connect to the server. Or I get the server terminated the connection.
I have been on the internet for 25 years. What am I missing here?
