I have a Dell optiplex 790 i3 4g ram 3.3 processor 250 HD was made in 2012 and it runs on windows 11 it will not run a Dell monitor 7 years newer though. It mention you need 5th generation not sure why as a Dell optiplex made in 2012 sure not high enough generation . I go by what Microsoft says 1gz processor 4 GB ram and 250 HD.

The requirements for Windows 11 are an **8th generation** or newer processor.

it is possible to bypass these requirements using a few methods. This can only be done with a clean install of the OS. it is not possible to upgrade a running system on Windows 10 to Windows 11 that does not meet the requirements.
I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.

What would be the purpose of that?
