Do i need to learn programming with this batch file

i know it`s a feeble attempt to get somebody else to do my work but life`s short and there is just to much computer stuff an old person like myself to learn
just a feeble attempt of levity


help to make start without black screen please thankyou any help is great

start c:\home\nprogram\nprogram.exe

Ok the problem is the batch file works on windows xp sp3
with 1 glitch when the pc game starts in goes black
the batch
it starts Adobe Reader for the pdf
it starts windows media player 11 with the wma file
and it starts the game .that starts fine but goes Immediately  black unless i keep moving my mouse in the lower left hand side of the game screen then the game comes back on, ive tried the game without batch file and it loads fine

after rereading my post i figured it out it`s not the batch file
