missing EULA

I have just "debugged", and "fdisked" my PC. I am trying to reinstall my operating system, but it keeps telling me "unable to find EULA"...No matter what I do, it just says "missing operating system.
Can someone help me get back online?!!

Is that a real, shiny Windows CD or a copy? If real, is it an upgrade edition or a full install? Perhaps if you posted the EXACT message it would become clear.  ;)
