Windows Vista

I heard that although vista will be awesome (not including excessive RAM and video use)  But I've also heard that there is a "blackbox" type of thing inside that moniters everything you do and then sends the info to microsoft if you computer crashes (so your passwords, credit card info, + everything about you).  Is that true?  And if so, who wants vista man?
