Opening Activities folder in Outlook Contacts
« on: March 10, 2006, 11:06:30 AM »
For some reason I keep getting a message to say that a view of this folder already exists and Outlook therefore can't open it.

Can't therefore access details of all my meetings with clients.

It's driving me around the twist :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :'( :'( :'( :'(

Urgent help would be much appreciated!!!!!!

What version of Outlook are you using?  Can you right-click on the Activities folder and see it's properties?  Check to see everything is set properly in there if you get to it that way.
In Outlook 2000 it would seem you have to right-click on Contacts and select properties to get to the Activities tab and verify or reset the Folder groups settings.  I don't know enough about your problem to help further.  Give me some more info and i'll try and help more if you still need it.
