Performance Tips
Warning 222 : CPU speed higher than rated speed! Reduce CPU speed.
Tip 210 : Mainboard supports faster CPUs, so the CPU can be upgraded when needed.
Notice 224 : SMBIOS/DMI information may be inaccurate.
Tip 2 : Double-click tip or press Enter while a tip is selected for more information about the tip.

also its looks like this when i start up my computer properties http://i1.tinypic.com/rsud6r.jpg

i havent overclocked or messed about with anything seems like its been like this for 3 weeks now since i got it! i cant play steam games or play battlefield 2 and swat4, steam games look like im in slow motion and everyone on the server can see my slow motioness while they run around me and when i play bf2 its like my aim is getting stuck, its not lag or connection problem, i have reinstalled windows and now i dunno what to do !

Any help would be great cheers !  :-?

go into the BIOS and put it back to the correct speed. have you tried that yet?
