"Internet Explorer Script Error"

Great site.  I did a search through the forums and found some other script problems, but I'm not sure if they're all having the same problems that I am having.

I have a repeating box that comes up about every few minutes, whether I am using internet explorer or not.  It occurs anytime I am on the internet.  Here are the details:

I went to this folder and deleted everything but these pages continue to regenerate.  The number in the URL of the file is always different.  

I would appreciate ANY HELP I can get.  The customer service of Compaq is no use.  Thank you.

Download, install & update...
CLEANUP
Ccleaner
(During install, uncheck the Yahoo Toolbar option)
(After install, set Options>Advanced> 'Uncheck the 48 hour box')
ANTI SPYWARE
Ad-Aware
Spybot S&D
ANTI VIRUS
AVG Free (After install, set Options to 'scan all files')
ANTI TROJAN
EWIDO (W2k & XP Only)
      and/or
A-Squared (aČ Winall)

Turn off System Restore if applicable. (ME & XP users)

Run Ccleaner
Run Ad-Aware
Run Spybot
Run AVG Free
Run Ewido and/or A-Squared (aČ)
Re-start in Safe Mode
Re-run AVG Free

Re-start in Normal Mode
Turn on System Restore if applicable. (ME & XP users)
