Question: My cousin's computer will not start. When you turn it on,
nothing happens. The monitor stays on standby when the
computer is started. The last things changed were the CD-ROM, and there were also some RAM chips that were changed.
I am not sure what the brand of the computer is, or what kind of processor it has. I can tell you that the processor runs at 500Mhz.
The computer does have power going to it. Most of the connections inside of the computer have been checked.
