Email computer hope?

I would like to know how many people go to the Computer Hope Chat Room.
Sometimes I go there, but there is never anyone there.


The first time I ever went to computer hope was to find an answer. That was a long time ago.
When I did go to www.computerhope.com for the first time, I used the free email.
My question is the following:
Where do all of the computer hope emails go to?
(If you don't know what I'm talking about, look at step 4 on this page: http://www.computerhope.com/oh.htm page may take a while to load)

When I did send my email, I never did get a response.

I believe they go to Nathan, the admin.

zylstra555..... Which department did you send it to ?  There is a note posted saying that because of limited support ....it would be a minimum of 37 days .....
How much longer than that has it been ?   More important , what was your question and perhaps we can resolve it here and now .

 Question: My cousin's computer will not start. When you turn it on,
nothing happens. The monitor stays on standby when the
computer is started. The last things changed were the CD-ROM, and there were also some RAM chips that were changed.

I am not sure what the brand of the computer is, or what kind of processor it has. I can tell you that the processor runs at 500Mhz.
The computer does have power going to it. Most of the connections inside of the computer have been checked.

Other than that, the problem has been resolve. (Thanks to my knowledge in Internet Search Formatting and Google). It was the RAM.

I just wanted to know where the emails went too. I never did get a reply.
