Are they listed under add remove programs? do you have a spyware scanner to scan them in case a bar is a fraud?

To find the tool bars you can go to start-> settings-> control Panel-> Add remove Programs. Look at the list and see if any is a tool bar you wnat to remove if so just remove it. However if the tool bar isn't listed on the list then I suggest you run a adware/spyware scanner.

YOu should be able to uninstall the toolbars from IE. Look in the left corner of the yahoo toolbar, there is a little pencil, click it. Look in the drop down menu until you find something about uninstalling the toolbar. Click it and follow any directions you get. The other toolbar should have something similar.
