error loading C:\profra~\newdot~1\Newdot~2.dll

My computer reboots about every 30 miniutes.  Everytime it does I get this error message:
error loading C:\progra~\newdot~1\Newdot~2.dll
Can anybody help me?

this related to spyware download spysweeper from www.webroot.com  and maybe even this>http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/
