Zach7.......  Ok ...... So what we are doing is looking for a needle in a haystack......... We have the haystack ......... but there doesnt appear to be a needle ....... LOL .

If it will make you sleep any better tonight ....... There are no apparent issues in your log .

        Do you really need this?
        O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Synchronization Manager] mobsync.exe /logon
If not then run Hijackthis and mark it for removal.

Also mark the following for removal as there is no file there anyway.
        O23 - Service: WUSB54Gv4SVC - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\Linksys Wireless-G USB Wireless Network Monitor\WLService.exe" "WUSB54Gv4.exe (file missing)

Get a Firewall (Sygate Version 5.5, Build 2710)
Get Spybot S&D (Run it in 'Advanced Mode' and activate all the protection offered)
