I think we should allow our CH chat users to take a survey on their chat experience.

I just got done helping someone who was overly glad that I knew exactly what they needed to do.
Then I told them "Some FYI: You were just helped by a 15 yr. old" and they felt kind of stupid that they couldn't figure it out themselves. I was glad that I could help someone.

If you all think there can easily be a survey, please give me some questions on what the survey should ask, and I will make a form for it.

Some FYI for you all:
I will be gone this weekend. Camping, actually. Now, yall' behave now...

BTW: Chat isn't behaving right now. A lot of people are becoming zombies. So if there's a visitor lingering, but no appearing to exist, just type:
/ping username
and that should rid of them.

we should make like a pop up servey like after they exit the chat.

1. how would you rate the service?
   1-5 5 best 1 worst

2. who were you helped by?
   username

3. how would you rate this person's helpfulness?
1-5

4. what was your issue?
   enter issue

5. was this issue resolved?
   yes or no kinda

6. if kind of, what is still the problem. plz visit our forum for more help.
   input problem

I don't really think a survey is needed for a forum of this size. But if you are going to do it, please do it professionally and at least spell survey correctly.

The survey is complete, but I think I may have to make another copy to fix a problem. The test run hasn't made it to my inbox yet. I don't know how fast my Linux/Sendmail is on my website.

Well, the first survey form never *sniff* passed the test.
Luckily:
I made another, and this ones better.
I just have to fix one or two problems before releasing it to the public.
