HELP,modem,HELP, take a quick look

hi everyone,i have a custom computer,

and i have a 56k modem,that i am having problem's with,

the computer or the modem make's a click noise,then i get kicked off the internet,

then it say's the modem is in use by another program,


then,

i go 2 start,setting,network connections,then

there is a coolweb,and also,there is user 294763,

so i have 2 delete them,sometime's i have 2 restart my computer :-/

i have

ewido,with a username and key code i found online,

XoftSpy,with i have a username and key code 2,

and

registry repair wizard 2006,only have the demo,

they all 3 keep finding then delete,then the next time i restart my computer,

it pop's up again,

Did you read the link thoroughly, including the part about doing scans in Safe Mode with System Restore turned off?

Seems like you have a lot of warez there. Probably getting that kind of stuff is exactly where you got the problem.
