HELP!!!NO MONITOR DISPLAY,I CHANGE VIDEO CARD..

HELP PLIS,,,
I TURNED ON MY CPU, i heard biiiiiip,biiiiiiiiiip,biiiiiiiiiiiip
and it does not boot up...
i change the memory card now it sounds only "bip"
but i stil don't get a display to the monitor,
i try changing the monitor and the video card but still, NO DISPLAY..
what causes this problem...
please help,,,i need it as soon as posible...

Check the connections to the monitor...
Has this monitor showed any goofy behavior prior to this ? ?
You can hook up a known good monitor and that should tell you if the monitor or the vid card has gone South.

What motherboard is installed and what is the bleep sequence?

WHat happened prior to all of this? Just a random occurrence or some precipitating event? What made you decide that changing the video card was the firswt step you should take? I think we are not getting enough information.
