You installed new drivers for your mainboard or did you install a whole new mainboard?

Are you using Windows videocard drivers or OEM videocard drivers?

Make sure all your bios agp setting are correct, MB settings, apature is set to AGP, ect. When does it do it? During gaming, 2D applications? How soon after booting?

all ready set it in bios correctly

during games (3d only such as medel of honor)
plays for a few minets then stops responding VPU resets it  and if i keep playing my monitor turns off and yet my system keeps running but it can all so crash some times when the card crashes and i some times get the blue screen of death from a ati file craching i'll find out witch and post it soon

2d games run fine so does warcraft 3 frozon throne and some other appsit doesn't hapen normaly when windows is on, only when i play a 3d app with high grafic demandes such as ut 2004

Ok, does it do it in all modes, single player and multi player? Is the MB the only new component inside or out?
