How can I burn CD on a remote PC?

   I have two pc in LAN one pc with cd-writer and 2nd pc is not having cd-writer. 1.How i can burn CD on remote pc using 2nd PC? 2.If Nero is installed on both PC then can I burn CD from 2nd PC?

CD burning requires hardware level control and fast access to files.  For this reason (a) the CD burning program must run on the computer that contains the CD writer and (b) it is preferable to ensure that the data to be burnt is stored on the same computer.

You can remotely control computers on a LAN using VNC (UltraVNC, for example).
Only able to visit the forums sporadically, sorry.

tanks, i think it can solve my problem, but it will be so grate that someone create a program to do this.

the 2th computer is not mine and i can't monitor all activity on that pc.I jast want to have permision to write  cd remotely.
