System icons in windows 2000 Pro.
« on: December 12, 2006, 09:13:00 PM »
Hi,

I want to change the default system icons to something more fun (like folders, files etc.). Where does Windows 2000 pro store its system icons?

You could download a theme to change the icon appearance.

Yea, but where do I put them so that when I create a new folder, for instance, I will have my own folder, not the yellow folder Windowss 2000 generates? I need to know the directory to the system default icons so that I can replace the icons.
