Dazed and confused
« on: January 19, 2007, 09:48:36 PM »
I have a home network with 3 computers, 1 with xp and 2 with win98, linksys router, the xp is the only one that can play this online multiplayer game, the other two will play most but not all parts of the
game.  I have installed karen's Lan monitor in all 3 computers. The parameter "operational status"
reads "operational" in the xp system but it reads "unreachable" in the 2 win 98 computers".
all other settings are the same.  The  game is called robot rage where you build a robot and battle
other robots. The 2 win98 computers will do everything except battle other robots. The game tells
me I am behind a firewall but I am not, only the router is the firewall but again the xp computer will battle other robots.  The xp and 1 win98 computer have intel pro/100 cards, not sure about the other one.

any help appreciated
thanks  Wes

PS  my 7 year old sons robot is the named Blue Cobra and I am The Big Bad Wolf

Is the game compatible with Win98?
