        I'm not too fond of sound that cracks every nanosecond. Soundblaster has always been a well-accepted standard (Hence the soundblaster clone or 100% soundblaster compatible cards) and I very much doubt Realtek adheres to these standards.. Hence the crappy sound.  :)
