I can tell you it is a pretty new Dell with XP, the specifics are available but not from where I am, I can get them there in the house, but, . . etc.

As previous, It is trying to connect to the internet and with this model,
the little connect page has digits it fills up with about 5 or 6 digits, . .it gets to two digits starts to stop goes up to three, then either stops or drops back to none at all.
If the advisory above is right, and it very well could be, do to updates that have not been fullfilled lately, that I am sure of.
My question if this is the case is there a way for those downloads to be downloaded to me placed on a CD then installed into the Dell Laptop ?
