Ok first it all started when I started up my computer and after I logged in and everything I end up just getting my background and nothing else. No start menu and no icons. I tried a diffrent accouint on my computer and i got the same thing. Then I tried the Windows 2000 repair thing and that didnt do anything to fix it. So I tried to reinstall windows and that ended up giving me more problems. It started to reinstall then when it restarted to go to the next part it didnt continue installing it it gave me a menu to Load Windows 200 Setup or Windows 2000 and I tried the windows 2000 setup and it brings me back to the first part again and reloads again and then does the whole thing over. Any Ideas on how I can fix either one of these?
