what on earth happend...

hi

i have a problem running Far Cry by Ubi properly on my system,,,after the game was installed,it ran perfectly without any
problem but now it is not running at all for some reason...the PC restarts
itself whenever i try to launch the game....i am sure i have the requirements for the game ,otherwise,it won't start in the first place...!!

i hope someone can help me...

nothin...just downloaded a free programme from the internet..would it be a virus...??

Well there's a 50% chance it is, and a 50% it isn't.

How about telling the name of the program and what it did to your system?

it is a programme that gives you serial no. for a certain game...anyway i will do the virus check and tell the results..

A keygenerator.

Those can or can not contain viruses.. All depends on where you got it from. I suggest you lay off the illegal software if you have no idea what the risks are.

it is a virus indeed ...caused by that keygenerator itself..
now,after the virus is removed..everything is fine..

That's why they make sure there are no viruses on legal software.  ;)
